Line extensions or adaptive design is simply the
process of adding items in the same product
category under the same brand name.
This is done by creating new variation artwork
based on a master design.These variations are
technical changes and include pack size changes,
swapping images,colours, texts and codes.
Line extensions are sometimes performed by
design agencies. But since it is a technical translation
of a master design into new variation it is easily executed
by the DSN technical teams.

This process is faster and more cost effective.
